These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services offered by Roofing Powers (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. Services
Roofing Powers is a digital marketing agency that provides customer acquisition and lead generation services for roofing businesses. Our services may include paid advertising, website design, analytics reporting, and other performance-based marketing services.
2. Booking and Onboarding
To begin working with us, clients must complete a discovery call or booking process and agree to a project scope, timeline, and payment structure. Onboarding typically begins within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed, unless otherwise agreed.
3. Payments
All prices are quoted in GBP and are exclusive of VAT unless stated.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
For recurring services, your card may be charged automatically on a monthly basis unless canceled in advance.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information.
4. Refund & Guarantee Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our services if the agreed number of qualified appointments is not delivered within the first 30 days.
However, this guarantee is subject to the conditions outlined in our signed service contract. Specifically:
If the agreed results are not achieved in the initial 30 days, we will continue working free of charge for an additional 30 days.
If the results are still not met after this period, we will issue a full refund of the retainer fee.
Ad spend is non-refundable, as it is paid directly to third-party platforms (such as Facebook or Google) and is not recoverable.
Refund eligibility requires that the client has met all agreed responsibilities, including providing access, assets, and timely communication. Failure to meet these requirements may void the guarantee.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel your ongoing services by providing written notice at least 14 days before your next billing date. Canceling will stop future charges but will not result in a refund for previously billed periods.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide necessary assets and access (e.g., website, CRM, ad accounts) in a timely manner
Not use our services for unlawful or deceptive purposes
Cooperate with your account manager to ensure optimal results
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Roofing Powers retains ownership of all creative materials (e.g., ad creatives, landing pages, copy) produced during the engagement. Upon full payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use these materials for the promotion of their own business. This license does not permit resale or redistribution to third parties without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
We make no guarantees of specific results (e.g., number of leads, ROI). While we strive for excellence, you understand that all marketing campaigns carry risk. Roofing Powers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
9. Confidentiality
We will not share or misuse your business information or data. All sensitive information exchanged between you and Roofing Powers will be treated as confidential, unless required by law.
10. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction.
